Guide for Maternal Health Call Center Agents
Access the application through your Google Apps Script URL. No separate login required if permissions are set.
The app has two main tabs: "All Beneficiary Records" and "Call Center Dashboard".
Click the edit button (pencil icon) in the Actions column of the records table.
Click the delete button (trash icon) and confirm. This cannot be undone.
Fill in call details: date/time, caller, outcome, discussion notes, and condition-specific questions based on high-risk factors.
Run risk assessment, quality analysis, or call summary for additional insights.
The dashboard shows real-time statistics, charts, and a filtered table of active cases.
Use filters to narrow down the dashboard data: status, agent, priority, outcome, delivery timing, pregnancy month, due dates.
If issues persist, note the error message and contact the system administrator.
